Bid/Proposals

Site Inspections
The Bureau can provide an escorted site inspection of the potential hotels and venues under consideration for your event. We will plan a site inspection based on your chosen facilities in a time frame to meet your needs.

Meeting/Event Promotion
The Bureau can provide you with photos and copy for your event collateral as well as assist in the publicizing your event through our Public Relations program.

Complimentary Signage
The Bureau will provide complimentary signage for groups that book their meeting or event through our offices. (Restrictions apply).

Guest Itineraries
Whether you're looking for activities for spouses families or VIP guests, we will customize an itinerary that best suites your needs whether its for an afternoon, a day or a week.
